3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

ong24a reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user's account in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity on the account.
• The account has been inactive beyond the period set by the platform's internal policy.
• An account closure request is submitted by the user themselves for responsible gambling reasons.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

• The bonus is calculated based on the amount of your first deposit.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement = RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. The withdrawable amount will be calculated based on the account balance once the wagering condition has been completed.
